Anemia juice based on beetroot, carrots and orange
Beetroot is rich in iron, while carrots contain vitamin B complex that stimulates red blood cells to increase. Orange, as we all know, it has a high content of vitamin C and its role is to stimulate iron absorption and increase hemoglobin levels.
Squeeze the orange juice and peel the beetroot and carrots then cut them into pieces and place together in a blender. The juice is consumed immediately. It’s better if you drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.
Anemia juice based on spinach, celery and carrots
This natural juice combats haemolytic anemia and increases the platelet number. Like carrots, celery is rich in vitamin B-complex and vitamin C, and has important iron content. Spinach contains iron more than any vegetable.

Peel the celery and carrots and wash well the spinach leaves. Cut them all and put them into a blender. The obtained juice must be consumed immediately.
Anemia juice based on apples, strawberries, blackberries and citrus
All these fruits are an important source of iron. In addition, strawberries and citrus fruits contain a significant amount of vitamin C, a good iron fixer.
-50 g of blackberries
-200 g of strawberries
Squeeze the orange and lemon juice. Cut the rest of the fruits into pieces and place them into a blender. Drink this juice immediately or during the day but you have to refrigerate it not to lose its properties.
