You will need:
– 2 figs
– 2 fresh apricots
– 3 fresh plums
– half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
Wash well the fruits, remove the kernels, and then put the ingredients in the blender.
A paste will form.
How to administrate
Consume this paste throughout the day, diluting it in a glass of water.
This mixture contains a very large amount of nutrients that can regenerate tissues and strengthen vertebrae. At the same time, turmeric has the ability to calm pain quickly.
Using this mixture daily for 15 days, the vertebrae will begin to sit in a position determined by their nature, without the need for external manual corrections!
