Well, specialists say that snoring can be “healed” by avoiding heavy meals before bedtime. You should eat light food, such as salads, rice…and other foods that are easy to digest.
Olive oil for snoring
All that you have to do is to take a few drops of olive oil before bedtime, and snoring will be reduced until it disappears permanently.
Extremely useful is also the mixture of peppermint powder or valerian root. Take 1 teaspoons of one of these powders daily, and snoring will be just a bad memory.
